SpongeBob, a paricular age group?

I have recently come back (healthy) with everything SpongeBob addict DVDs, VHS, speakers for my iPod. My father seems to think that I'm acting for children, because I have 15 years and want a SpongeBob t-shirt. What are your views on this? Is everything related to Bob Sponge only for small children or people of all ages can enjoy it?
