If SpongeBob is a cartoon well, why the new episodes is not funny as the old?

SpongeBob is a big picture. I remember when SpongeBob first aired in spring 1999. Then there was a movie about SpongeBob in 2004, episodes of SpongeBob had lately were not as funny as you used to have again in late 1990 and early 2000. SpongeBob was impressive in the period 1999-2004. In spite of the episodes of SpongeBob we have from 2007 to date are not as fun as the episodes, SpongeBob is still amazing. I like old episodes of SpongeBob as Dellivery Pizza, Squidward the Unfriendly Spirit, wormy, Frankendoodle the Christmas (X-mas special), etc. These are the episodes of SpongeBob that are timeless. Answer this question if you think the 90 episodes of SpongeBob are better than new episodes. I think the 90 episodes Spongbeob are better than new episodes. The reason I came up with the rate of decline of laughter is that, like everything else, are running out of ideas. No exact details yet, but I disagree.
