Help plan a second birthday of SpongeBob-theme party. Please .. NO I'm so creative! haha?

Sponge Bob is going to be the issue, because 21 months old loves my "Bob Bob". haha I really can not think of any good games (well, something like 'the pin Sponge Bob' is much to think) that really can not think of decorating ideas, either. I rented a small place that is a large room then you have a kitchen and bathroom .. so I have the large room to decorate. I was thinking of fishing net, but what I put in the network? Idk. Help? Thanks!
