Serious help only please! SPONGE BOB (R Krabby Patty / C)?

My son is 4 years old, has been obsessed with SpongeBob for almost two years. He has been on television a toy called a Krabby Patty VEHICLES R / C. It's a car with remote control (hamburger) and the controller looks like a hand chips. It is not the car that gave Krabby patty at Burger King! No one in our town has heard of this toy and can not find it anywhere. Could someone please guide me in the right direction to find one? No I have an eBay account! What now?
