How I can make an artificial Krabby Patty?

I'm launching my 5 year old birthday party SpongeBob, I want to that children make their own false Krabby Patty. Like possibly with felt or some other craft supplies? any suggestions? (For those who do not know a pie Krabby is a hamburger.) Thanx
