How did the episode of SpongeBob SquarePants "Dying for Pie" pass the censors?

I do not think putting out a heart exposed to that streams of blood and having an episode about bombs in a post 9 / 11 is something that could get a TV-Y7 rating. So how producers do? This question was inspired by what someone put on a website. I was bored when I asked this question and I was getting all kinds of questions in Yahoo! Answers so do not expect a real answer or anything. and this is one of my favorite episodes of Nickelodeon's SpongeBob so if any executives see this question, I am not saying that you should take off the air.

Seeing that this is a caricature, and no one who dug deep into as you seem to do, is probably the that has too much time on their hands, which aired the episode. I was not thinking of 9 / 11 or any failure to achieve. calm down and enjoy the drawings brainy Animated.
