Patrick Ewald announced Epic Pictures Group acquires Parkour Skills

Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA – Epic Pictures Group has just closed an acquisition of Swedish action movie parkour, SKILLS, directed by Johannes Pinter. Agreement was negotiated directly between the film producer Timelock, Thomas Amlov and Epic Pictures Group CEO, Patrick Ewald.

SKILLS is a teen action-drama that focuses on a different action sports such as parkour, skateboarding, street dance and martial arts. The recipients are teenagers and adults who love action movies in general and action sports in particular.

According to Wikipedia: Parkour (sometimes abbreviated to PK) or l'art also parcours du déplacement (1) (English: the art of displacement) is the physical discipline training to overcome any obstacle in our way by the movements of an adaptation to the environment. (2) is a non-competitive physical discipline of French origin in which participants walk a route, trying to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible. Skills such as jumping and climbing, or more specific parkour moves are used. The goal of parkour is to move from one place to another using only the human body and objects in the environment. Obstacles may be anything in the environment itself, but parkour is often practiced in urban areas because of the many suitable public structures available, such as buildings and roads. The freerunning term is sometimes used interchangeably with parkour.

The film stars one of the world's leading Parkour-artists, Marcus Gustafsson Swedish and one of the best female skaters in Sweden My Magnusson. Writer / Director – Johannes Pinter: He made his debut with the dark thriller "Sleepwalker" in 2000.
