Where can I buy a machine of moderate price bubbles / blower for a children's party?

Also, I'm doing a theme Sponge Bob for my birthday of children under 2 years .. I'm having a hard time coming up with decorating ideas. He cups pineapple in shape for children to drink outside and, of course, large mylar balloons, but you can give me some nice ideas for other decorations / games? Thanks!

Walmart or Target … gazillion bubbles product called … Works with AA batteries and works great. Also a nice idea would be the star of the sea in SpongeBob pin … lol. Or a sponge!
