SpongeBob Gary the Snail character obviously has an addiction to marijuana?

I have come to the conclusion that the snail Gary is a sponge bob final wellhead. Think back to some episodes, it hides in its shell ALWAYS, listening to music, while not paying attention to anything. And when he finally SpongeBob makes his attention, asked for food at all times. All tracks link to the same conclusion myself and everyone else is getting, the snail Gary is obviously getting burned every day lives in Bikini Bottom.
